As a part of our faith community, parents are encouraged to participate in the spiritual, intellectual and social development of their children. The enthusiasm and dedication of parent volunteers contributes to the schools warm atmosphere and is an important part of our schools success. Parents help the school in many ways: lunchroom supervision, in the art room, in the library, in the office, assisting classroom teachers, serving on the School Board and other associations, helping with Market Day or Shop With Scrip, coaching sports teams, leading clubs, scouts and other activities.

The Family School Association provides opportunities for open communication among all members of the school community. FSA supports the faculty, administration and school board with a corps of volunteers. The volunteers organize fund-raising and spirit-centered events; special programs that enrich the school days of our children and express our commitment to quality education in the Catholic tradition. FSA coordinates volunteers for room parents, lunch room volunteers, Shop With Scrip, hot lunch program and many more.
The School Board includes parents and parishioners. School Board meetings are held monthly. Parents are always welcome. Parent and parish volunteers work on the Technology Committee and the Development Committee to advance St. Cletus School.
The Athletic Association is a volunteer organization responsible for administering, organizing and fund-raising that helps provide athletic programs for St. Cletus School children.
The Band Boosters promote band activities to ensure the opportunity for students in grades 4-8 to pursue music instruction and enrichment. The Boosters provide organizational and financial resources for the band programs through parent involvement.
